Principle of operation of a high-pressure misting system

The main unit purifies the water and supplies it at a pressure of 4–6 MPa. Through special nozzles, the water flow changes speed and distribution across the jet cross-section, causing large droplets to break up into tiny particles.

Under the influence of aerodynamic forces, these particles further split into countless droplets with a diameter of 10–20 microns, forming a “fine mist.” A single mist particle can absorb up to 60 dust particles, preventing their spread.

This mist remains suspended in the air, capturing dust particles and transforming water from liquid to gaseous state, increasing air humidity and effectively purifying it.
